I am so very tired of attempting to lose weight only to fail. This will be my final "attempt" b/c I WILL BE sucessful! I understand that sucess will not come overnight, but in the form of small, single victories. That endurance and perseverance will be key elements. If I stumble, I will not quit. I will conquer and overcome.

I want to be healthy again, to be able to run and play with my children, to walk into a room full of people without feeling self conscience, to attend my children's sporting events without feeling as though people are staring at me, and to once again see that look of pride in my husband's eyes as we enter a room.
I am resolved to suceed!

Fitness Minutes: 340

My Goals:
I actually need to loose approx. 60lbs. to be in my "comfortable" range, but as to not become quickly discouraged I have split it up into 2 - 30lb. goals.

Excercise for at least 30 mins., at least 3 day a wk.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

DR. PEPPER...ughhhhh, kill me now.

To have lost 24lbs. by July.

My Program:
We all have the basic knowledge of what we should and shouldn't be eating, therefore I am going into this with the South Beach diet mindful, but not limiting myself to the point of rebellion.

Personal Information:
I am a 35 yr. old stay at home mother of three. Ages 14, 6, and 11 mths. I married at the age of 18 over 17 yrs. ago and am still totally & completely in love with my husband.
My life basically consists of caring for my children and husband. (Yes, one day I will wake up and not know what or who I am anymore.)
I am also the VBS and Children's Activity directors at our church.
