Call me Belle.

I am not new to this (waves hand around to indicate sparkpeople), nor is this my first attempt to become more healthful.

I opted to create a new profile with really no mention of my old "self" as I am looking at this as a fresh start. Gone are the endless amounts of groups that I join and leave without reason, the hours of chatting on message boards that keep me from actually doing some sort of exercise beyond that of seeing how fast my fingers can move.

My old profile shall remain as a reminder to myself of the few people that still mean something to me today, the mistakes I made, the changes I need to make for myself and for no one else.

This is a new beginning for Belle. It won't always be pretty, but it could possibly be pretty interesting.

    Well, another month has come to a close; were you happy with September's progress? Let's start October with a emoticon and go back to the basics: write down your goals and rewards; keep a food log; commit to daily exercise; stay hydrated; record your measurements (along with your weight); continue to Spark and start a journal. You'll be amazed with the results= )
