Hi! Everyone has a story here's mine. After battling obesity for over a decade as my last resort, I decided to take the plunge and have the weight loss surgery(Gastric sleeve). Fast forward three months later Oct (2020) and I am finally losing the weight. I hate it took a drastic step to see some loss, but that's my story and it doesn't stop. I am only gonna to get better from here on out. Now! I have to implement weight training and let the game begin.

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose ten pounds but I am gonna be realistic about it and let nature take it course...


1st goal 180

Reward: Pedicure

2nd goal 199

Tattoo (not big on ink but I will post a pic)

3rd goal 175 than maintaining it...

Rewards: New wardrobe and hairdo.



My Program:
1200-1500 cal a day...



Exercise 100 mintues a week(switch it up walking one week, bicycle the next, swimming the third)



Also, wear my sauna suit aleast three times a week I need to sweat the pounds off...

Hi everyone! I am a mother of one beautiful child and a step-mother three boys. I am a Chicago Native, and a student....Currently, I am in health care field and I am a grad student going for my Master's in Social Work graduating in May 2021.I am in love with a wonderfully supportive man, whom loves me to death fat or skinny.


Other Information:
I work out 3 day a week only cardio tho I hate those weights, I love to watch Maury, Teen Mom, C.S.I and Shameless and love martial arts. I enjoy reading blogs but not books and once done with school I am going to learn Wing Chun.
