    Hi Cat.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I hope so too! How are you and what are you up to?

    Hi Cat.

Thanks for the reminder. It is a marathon - or, even further, a lifelong prospect. I will never not have to be aware of my eating. That's depressing on one hand. But on the other, it is important to remember that I can't expect sprint results if I'm eating at a marathon pace. I appreciate the comparison.

    How are you doing?

    Cheers,

    NEVER....
    Speak without listening.
    Give up before you're ready.
Settle for less than you deserve.
    Dim your sparkle.
    Complicate what you can simplify.
    Make promises you can't keep.
Believe it's too late to begin.

    Hi Cat,

You are so right! Being obese is definitely harder - especially in the long run. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has trouble with follow through. Thanks for commiserating.

    Hi Cat.

Thanks for your support. I analyze and analyze, but in the end, I'm simply not doing enough of the right things. I'm super frustrated at myself for all of the indulgences, but do nothing to stop them. Alas, I know I'm making some progress, but one pound a month isn't really stellar.

    But thank you, as always!
