Hey y'all! My name is Deb. I started Sparkpeople 6 years ago this month. This is my third attempt at getting this right. So much has happened in the past six years. My first go around in the SPARK WORLD was AMAZING! I lost 33 pounds. My second go around I gained most of the weight back and NEEDED to be here again. Well, that lasted just a little while. THIRD TIME IS A CHARM!! I'm here, I'm going to hold myself accountable. I HAVE to do this! Since starting this journey in 2008, I have lost my father, brother, a grandchild, and my mother just recently. I'm a stress eater and my life was full of stress! I learned to work through that the first time. I became weak and let the worry get to me. I'm unhealthy. I DON'T LIKE IT! I have gained three grandbabies since 2009. They keep me alive and young!! I want to be able to play with them again the way I did when the first one was born. I need YOU! I need SPARKPEOPLE! I am starting with a tiny spark and I am going to work through this one little spark at a time. I WILL reach my goal. I WILL do this for my family. I WILL BECOME THAT DONE GIRL AGAIN!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 63 Big Old Fat Pounds by the time I turn 39, May of 2009! I know that I can do it with the support of this page and my friends!

Above the goals that I stated on 4/20/08 the first day of SP.

My goal has stayed the same although; some people say that 63 pounds is WAY too much to lose. I'm not so sure yet. I will decide that along the way to my destination.

I am getting back to me. I need to do this for me.

Ok, so I slipped again. I am getting older and the weight is still here. I think that my weight loss issues is becoming more of a "mental" challenge than anything. So, before I can start to rid the pounds I need to take care of "life!" I will make this happen! (November 16, 2011)

My Program:
I have given up soda, which believe me if you know me is NO small task! I have started to exercise with a slow pace to be able to reach my goal without the fizzle of yet another weight loss plan!

Above statement made the first day of SP.

My program today. Exercise daily! Moderation of every food that I put in my mouth!

Take each and every day and be thankful that I have another chance to succeed!

Today marks my two month ann. on SP!

I have lost 13 pounds! Yay me!

My program is to MOVE! Move, Shake, Jump, Climb, Stoop, Run, Walk, Swim, Crawl if I have to, but MOVE!

Other Information:
I love to read a good book, and I love the outdoors!! The beach is my favorite place to be, Sun, Sand, and refreshing mist of ocean water!! Now all I need is that perfect swimsuit!
