    Hi Sadaf,

    Thank you for your concern. I am doing better. I have been alternating a heating pad and ice packs form time to time and also doing yoga starches. It all seems to be helping. I'm still not able to go for walks outside of the house but I'm not having to use a walker in the house anymore (witch I hated). But, it was helpful to me.

    I never dreamed that walking every other day for just a mile would cause me to have lower back spasms. I thought I would do that to build up my stamina after being sedentary for so long. Oh well lesson learned. When I completely recover I plan to try it again at a much slower pace and maybe just twice a week. I don't want to go through this again.

    It looks like you have stalled again but don't stop what you are doing, cause your body will let go of the weight if you stay with what was working. Did you ever have time to watch Dr. Jason Fung's video? If so what did you think about it?

    How are thing with the COVID-19 there? I hope you are staying safe while having to treat your patients. It has gotten worse here in America as I'm sure you know. I don't hear much about what is going on with it in other countries. They say they have developed vaccines here but are not available to the general public yet. They will be vaccinating the medical personals first as they should. They may have already started that, I'm not sure. I pray that it works and they don't have any bad side effects from it.

    You are still doing really good with your weight loss. You have to be feeling proud of yourself. I am proud for you.

    I have posted this video "Dr. Bergs' Interview with Dr. Jason Fung on Intermittent Fasting & Weight Loss" in "Links to Articles" on both teams " Keto - Intermittent Fasting & Dr. Berg's Videos" and " Intermittent Fasting". I thought you might like to watch it when you have an extra 45 minutes sometime. I learn a lot for these 2 guys especially Dr. Fung. Stuff you probably already know but it is fascinating to me. I would be interested what you think about their discussion.

    I just completed a 48 hour fast and I felt good the whole time. I was hungry but not starving.
