What is it about September? I am back. I am now living in Tucson, and Mom is adjusting well. I have gained a few pounds and time to get back on my program. Hello there I'm finally back again. 2020 was horrible, my body decided to have a revolution and anything that could go wrong did. In three months I was diagnosed with breast cancer, lymphedema, super high blood pressure and my fibromyalgia started flaring. I just about lost it. The good news is that mom's health improved and by the middle of September of 2021 she had decided to move back to Oregon to the apartment building that she'd been living in for the past 13 years. That was probably a good decision for both of us. I found a product that I called juicy nuggets that have helped me tremendously. I am now working in the office part time and restarting my program. I just uploaded Sparks to my phone and we'll be using it to log my progress.

1. Eat Real Food

3. Make one healthy choice, then make another.
4.Think Positively, Exercise Daily, Hydrate Often, Love Your Body, Sleep Lots,Eat Healthy, Work Hard, Stay Strong, Worry Less, Dance More, Love Often and Be Happy and repeat for Life.
5. Just Keep Going.
6. Strive for Progress, Not Perfection
My daily food intake is based on a 1500 calorie diabetic food plan

Breakfast 1 starch, 1 fat, 1 lean protein, 1 fruit, 1 dairy
AM Snack 1 fruit
Lunch 2 starch, 2 lean protein 1/2 veg, 1 fat, 1/2 veg
Snack 1 dairy
Dinner 3 lean protein, 2 starch, 2 veg, 1 fruit, 1 veg, 1 free food, 2 fat
Snack 1 starch, 1 dairy

I realize that it doesn't really matter how I got here, what matters is where I am heading! I get to choose that!

I LOVE PINTEREST. Talk about a visual wish board! Or Electronic Hoarding!

I love dancing and making dance costumes. I would like to work with a local theater group doing sets and design.

I love the water.
I love my family! I feel that my calling is to help others. I have learned that it is important to help myself as well.

I want to live simply and abundantly.
