I've been on sparkpeople a little more than 2 months and what a journey it's been. I'm feeling better and better every day.

I've met some wonderful people and have found inspiration within this site. For the first time, I'm starting to feel that losing this weight and keeping it off may just be possible for me.

I've learned to make better choices with my meals and through spark recipes have found that I can cook nutritious meals without spending all my time in the kitchen.
