This is the last challenge I will be on before SPARKPeople closes. It has been so enjoyable to be part of a great team. I joined the 2021 Summer 5% Challenge which began Saturday June 19th and it will last 8 weeks. I definitely enjoy being on the Spirited Under Dawgs team and the comradery and friendships between our team and the others is great. We always do something fun within the challenge and weekly we weigh in. As a team we help each other and challenge one another toward our goals as a team too!

I finished the 2021 Spring 5% Challenge and my weight continues to go down.

Feb 28, 2021 - 159.4
It’s the first time in a couple of years that my weight is under 160 with the help of the 2021 Winter 5% challenge (Spirited Under Dawg team). The challenge has helped me be consistent in staying with in 1500 calories and exercise daily.

New goal weight is 145 or 150 which may change.

Thanks for stopping by and visiting 😀

    Hi, Toni

I'm trying to get a bit comfortable with My Fitness Pal emoticon and in using Facebook so that I can keep in touch with some Sparkers. I have your email but I don't remember if I asked you or if you are part of either one of those groups, MFP or FB? I'm still not actively participating but trying to learn a bit more on how they work (though I have quite some years there, I never used them much due to SP preference).

Cheri is such a darling, OMG! emoticon

Thanks for stopping by. Have a fantastic weekend.

Grandkids have had their big one with safety net for few years. Things can still happen inspite of the net but a very good thing to have. Some insurance policy will not cover accidents involving a trampoline . The 4yr and 7 yr grandsons on it all the time. Their cries are usually due to getting crazy trying to bounce off each other as if they were Boxing Robots game characters. It's about the only way to get them outside other than pool. A huge piece of railing has been used a a blocking gate since the 12 yr old was a toddler. She can barley lift it up to get onto the deck.
I really enjoyed my rebounder but the knees no longer allow it. Even if/when I do the replacements was told could not be using it again. There is a safety bar attached to it which really appreciated a few times.
