    Hey Jenn - thanks for adding me as a friend and for your comments. Believe me I wrote the book on excuses..lol. Had and have used all of them for 15 years. But if you want something bad enough, you just do it. no matter what. You don't let anything or anyone stop you. "make" the time. I'm sure you have a favorite TV show or something you "make" time for right? For me, getting healthy "finally" was about doing whatever it took. Just stay determined. stay focused. A healthy lifestyle will become second nature before you know..like getting up for work or brushing your teeth everyday..it will just "be" something u don't and u don't think about it, something U LOVE to do because of how it makes you feel.     Sometimes goals are just hard to achieve. Even if you have been actively working for improvement, the end can seem far away. Take a minute, however, and look around you. Many times, the path to that goal can be filled with beneficial side effects. Perhaps your goal was to lose weight, and although you are still trying to lose that last 10 pounds, a benefit you’ve gained is that you feel less tired during the day, with much more positive energy to exert. So instead of giving up, keep on pushing, for good is bound to come, even if it is from unexpected places. You learn amazing things along the way. Aim high, and enjoy the ride to the top.
