    You are going to beat this. Determine what reasonable meals are and eat them. Plan for gaps between meals and stick to them. Though I don't believe you have to know every bite that you're going to eat in a day, I know that random decisions to eat outside of our general plan are our downfall. When you get consistent with these habits, it will be easier, I promise. Within a year, your husband will only have to lock up the box on certain, and maybe not then. In two years, if you keep at it, no key will be needed. But start now, and don't expect for it all to be over in a few weeks. emoticon

    Hi doll - thanks for the goodie! Very thoughtful of you. Yes, my jaw is mighty sore. Were those hundreds of thousands of jelly beans I inhaled over the years worth this pain? No, they were not. How are the evenings going? I have been thinking of you. I am going to have a late dinner and stop eating (STOP EATING - note to self :) and go to bed early? How about you? How is your foot?
