Legs are bad. Stretches and exercise. Diet needs to change. I couldn't figure out my problem. I made an appointment, and I got the answers I needed.
Here I go.
Actually, my life style has to change. If not, I will need to take medication. Changing my diet. Stretching and exercise. I'm doing this. I'm really doing this.

Reported back to the doctor. I didn't think I had accomplished anything. Blood pressure has gone down and I've lost 4 pounds. I've actually started my journey back to health.
June 1, 2019: Today is "Done with smoking cigarettes"! I've made up my mind. I lost 4 pounds in the first 2 weeks of changing my life style. The doctor is on my side. The doctor says that I am "changing my life style". As I said before, "I'm really doing this."
Limit dairy based fats in your diet, such as cheeses, butter and ice cream.
Limit salt in your diet to less than 2000 MG daily.
Continue to walk daily as this will help with your blood pressure.
I need to follow the instructions the doctor gave me. I see the doctor in 3 days and I got a bit side tracked from my health journey. Time to get back on track.
