Hi There! Welcome to my page! I'm Lesley. I am married to a wonderful man for 34 years (as of 2020) with 2 grown sons and my fur baby (who is my favorite of all of them - LOL)

I have hypothyroid/Hashimoto's - diagnosed about 25 years ago. It is really easy for me to put on weight, really hard to lose it. I find that as long as I maintain a certain level of activity, I can maintain my weight without an issue. I watch what I eat and rarely eat junk foods.

I joined the Spring 5% challenge and using this as a springboard to lose my 5% but continue that to lose 30lbs. It used to be 20, and Covid remote work did not help my situation which left me less active since I wasn't commuting to work and walking a lot.

My Goals:
I need to lose 30lbs.

Make my mornings productive. Exercise and meditation before starting work.





My Program:
* Meal plan/prep at the beginning of each week.
* Portion control - weigh portions to make sure it is all accountable.
* Track food
* Walk 6000 steps a day.
* Ride the Peloton at least 15 minutes a day.
* Do one of the Peloton other exercise videos 2x week



Personal Information:
I live in Massachusetts, just north of Boston. I love to travel, but I love being home. It is my happy place. We have made our home a summer resort so being here esp., in the warmer months is quite enjoyable.

I love the seasons, but slowly not enjoying the winter months anymore. I know some day, I will become a snow bird, but where I fly to is still yet unknown.
