    I'm glad I could inspire you to consider the positives! Here's a little tip for you: create a manual other goal to find 1 (or more) positive item every day. When you check it off each day, you will earn a sparkpoint!

    I started this a few weeks ago and by the end of every day I will take a moment to come up with at least 1 positive thing about myself (something I did during the day, something special about me, etc). It has helped me, even if the best I can come up with is that I got up and did a simple task when I was feeling horrible.

    Writing your positives in a journal is GREAT as well! This way when you feel down or upset you can go back and read them to remind yourself of all the good things about you and your life.

    Also remember that it is a GOOD thing to ask for support when you need it. I did just last week (feel free to read my blog from 1/6 if you want) and received the kind words and encouragement I needed. I'm so glad I was able to pay it forward and support you when you needed it. I hope you are willing to pay it forward to someone who needs your support in the future.
