    Hey girl!
    Just wondering how you're doing. I feel like I left you after I am the one who asked if you wanted to be weight-loss buddies!! I am sorry.
    I chased the wagon down the road and finally caught up to it....and pulled myself back up onto it.
    The big 3-0 is getting closer and closer and I must say I am not much closer to my goal than I was back in September!!
    New year, new habits for me.
    Today I had a pretty sensible lunch - yogurt and a small portion of chili. Surprisingly, it satisfied me.

    Well, in that case I totally understand where you are coming from! I have been stuck at this weight for a while now, and I think I am doing everything perfectly(eating VERY well and working out. In the past two days I have stayed well below my calorie range and I have gained weight!!! It is sooo frustrating! GRRRRRR

    Also I have been sleeping like 12-13 hours every night and i cant figure out why I feel so tired so early at night, and then I cant get my booty out of bed in the mornings...

    I wonder if we arent eating the right foods or what? I've got your back girl...let's figure this out!

    So here's what I'm doing to get to my goal.
    I broke it down to the number of weeks until my birthday (when I want to reach my goal) to see how many pounds a week I would need to lose to get to my goal weight of 165.
    1.6 pounds a week sounds much more manageable to me than 53 pounds. So I'm focusing on a baby step, day-by-day approach. I'm just trying to make an honest effort, get to the gym every day - even if I can only be there for 20 minutes.
    The food tracking is HUGE. I have done it before on other web sites but have gotten away from it. This site's food tracker is just as good as the one I was using on a paid site! That really makes me think about what I'm putting into my body!!
