I seem to update this at the same time every year. It's the same time I guess I start hating myself every year. As of November 26th 2012 I was complaining that I was 206.6lbs. Well, as of today (24 Oct 13) I'm weighing in at 211.8. Not TOO too bad, only gained 5lbs (better than 15!) but when I weighed in last week I was at 215.6lbs. So, I've been changing my eating habits. Eating because I'm hungry, not because I'm bored. I've cut pop out of my diet cause that worked so well for me back in 2011 when I lost 30lbs. Kevin and I are going to Mexico for a friend's wedding on Dec 4 and I'd love to lose 12lbs to get under 200 before that day comes. I think it's completely possible, but I need to kick into high gear! When I first started losing weight and lost 30lbs, I lost 12.6lbs in my first, I know it's possible. Plus I have more than 4 weeks. I have almost 6 weeks. So, that would mean I'd lose the healthy amount of 2lbs/week. Ultimately, my goal weight is 160lbs. I was incredibly happy at 175 when I got down to that weight, but I think I'd be perfectly happy at 160. I'm not trying to be some skinny Minnie. I'm aiming to be able to look in the mirror and like what I see. Weighing 160 would be perfect. That means I'd have to lose about 50lbs. I think I could lose 50lbs by this time next year. I want to lose at least 25 by June so I can actually do my FORCE test for the military without failing it. I think I'm going to start working with PSP again 3 days a week. I'm gonna start doing ab work outs every day and I'm going to take Molly on walk/jogs 3 days a week. I can't wait to love my body again. I also can't wait for Kevin to see me in my new body. He deserves a hot girlfriend. I'm going to work HARD and get AMAZING results. All with the help of SparkPeople. Thanks for reading and please send words of encouragement!!!

    Glad to have you as a friend! I am doing ok so far but still having issues with bad eating habits. So far my exercise routine is going good though. I just always feel hungry and instead of eating healthy things.. I munch of bad things throughout the day. Sometimes I don't even notice what I am doing until it is too late. I am also here if you need to vent or need support!
