This year has been hard on my waistline but now I'm ready to get back on track.
I will focus on what I need to do and remember that it doesn't mean I am neglecting my Husband and Children.

Fitness Minutes: 180,545

My Goals:
The number I've always had in my mind is 147 pounds but the way I feel in my clothes and being toned and healthy is more important. I think if I can feel confident and look in the mirror without pulling "the face" I won't care what the scales says.

My Program:
Over the last week I have stopped tracking my food I am just eating what I want to and stopping when I've had enough, so far I feel so much better and have so much more time for other things.
I like fitnessblender workouts and I'm currently following one of their programmes and also doing a couch to 5k app on my phone.
I also like pilates and using youtube videos. Lucy Wyndham Read is my go to for following along in front of TV.

Personal Information:
I'm 39 yrs old. I live in Liverpool England I'm married and I have 2 children. The last time I was happy with the way I looked was before we started trying for my Daughter the baby weight is still there and now she's 9 yrs old eek!

Other Information:
I love to read, Stephen King and Dean Koontz are my favourites.
I love cooking and I'm getting quite good at cooking ahead lately.
I like films and binge watching TV series I'm always carrying my laptop from room to room while I'm cleaning.
Also like a good podcast Corinne Crabtree is my favourite.
