2021 Goals

To BE better and DO better!

Exercise 5 days a week and track my progress.

Other goals for 2021 to make ME a better person:


Purge and clean something everyday, reduce household items!
I made great progress in 2020, I have already started a box for goodwill for this year!!

I would like to lose 120 pounds.

I want to look as sexy as I feel! To be healthy and happy.

40 lbs gone -- Goal met -- August 2020
80 lbs gone -- Goal met -- December 24, 2020 (what a great present!)

My Program:
Drink lots and lots of water.

Eat CLEAN!

Visit SparkPeople daily to help with motivation.

To walk at least 30 minutes everyday.
