Hi there! You asked about my walking - indoors or out?
    emoticon emoticon
I walk my dogs twice a day, every day (unless I am sick or the weather is frightening). They love it, and it is one of the most enjoyable parts of the day :)

Have a great rest of the week!

Hiya - I hope you like the No Excuses Exercise workout team - I find the weekly accountability thread works really well for me. See you there!

I don't log my exercise on my Start Page, I click on the tab called My Trackers next to it and log into My Fitness which is either above or below My Nutrition. I entered my bike exercise as my own exercise using the name of my bike Body Champ Recumbent Bike and then I determine how many calories I have burned by subtracting the number my bike gives me from the number given me using this calculator provided by Spark People for Stationary Bikes https://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/calor
    ies_burned.asp?exercise=60

I record my workouts in my blogs and explain this formula there. It's purely arbitrary. I don't think my bike records enough calories and I think SP records too many. Do you read my blog? Sorry I don't recall, I have a lot on my mind lately.

I don't do the Community Feed at all, I've belonged to SP before that started and decided to just stick with Friend Feed.
