I'll come straight to the point. I weigh over 340 pounds! Over 340! I can't believe my weight has slowly spun out of control and I'm this large. I don't think this is what is meant by "Go big, or go home". I'm here to start tracking, caring, walking....LIVING! I KNOW I have the strength and tenacity to achieve this. I HAVE GREAT THINGS INSIDE ME.

2009 GOALS

Starting weight *351 (YIKES!)
Goal #1 -333 -Accomplished 2/16/09
Goal #2 -315 -Accomplished 3/30/09
Goal #3 -298 -Accomplished 6/8/09
Goal #4 -281

Goals I didn't know I had!
2/8/09-I was able to weigh myself on my own home scale.
2/21/09-My boss noticed I was losing weight and complimented me.
3/15/09-I got rid of 2 pairs of pants because they were TOO BIG!
3/30/09-I noticed shaving my legs in the shower was less of a contortionist act.
4/4/09-I realized I have lost the exact amount that my four year old neice weighs (38 pounds)
5/29/09-Going up the big hill on my bike doesn't make my heart and lungs feel like they're going to explode
6/2/09-I can fit in the massage chair when I'm getting a pedicure
6/7/09-I can fit in my dad's jeep and fasten the seatbelt
6/16/09-A neighbor shouted across the street, "Hey Skinni Mini, keep going!"
7/19/09-I fit in an airplane seat and did not need a seatbelt extender
7/28/09-I can fit comfortably into clothes from Lane Bryant. Can't believe I was so fat I outgrew that store.
7/28/09-I actually had FUN shopping for new school clothes.
8/17/09-I was able to wear a pretty new skirt for the first day of school.

By January 1, 2010 I will:

**Love my self and be proud of who I am.
**Weigh less than 260.
**Be able to use the seatbelt in my car without the extender.
**Walk into Walmart, Macy's or anywhere and buy an article of clothing that fits.
**Be able to go up the stairs at work without getting winded.
**Be able to go biking with my brother and dad and keep up with

My Goals:
Lose 200 pounds 5% at time.
Breath easier.
Be less self consious and more socially comfortable.
Wear pretty clothes that I like.
Feel successful.

My Program:
TRACK nutrition and exercise, good or bad.
Stay between 1800-2000 calories.
Exercise 40 minutes, 4 times per week.
Replace binging.

Personal Information:
I'm a single 38 year old teacher and farm girl from Illinois. I live in the country with my cat and my dog. I am very close to my family and have many great friends.

Other Information:
I love to cook, read, go to movies, theater, flea markets and lots more!
