    I got a message that you joined the Living Binge Free team. We don't advocate any specific eating plan, though reducing binge eating does seem to respond to some new eating habits better than others. I personally have found a few especially helpful and welcome reaching out for those strategies. Lots of teams focus on calorie restriction and losing weight. For us, especailly at the beginning, not bingeing may need to take the front seat, since too much calorie restriction can greatly increase the binge urge. We will never get to ease with eating less overall and certainly less of low nutrient foods without taming the binge habit. We provide support for attacking this problem regardless of what the scale says for as long as needed and beyond!
