    Welcome to Living Binge Free! I see you are some teams associated with eating unprocessed foods. I am not a purist but weaning myself off the huge amounts of them I used to eat sure has made a difference in feeling that I've fed myself well and don't need the extra, even if I have an urge for it. Smoke and mirrors!

    Although we on Living Binge Free want weight loss, we also see bingeing can be a separate issue. It isn't even about sticking to a calorie limit. It can be good to have a place where just eating sanely is the focus, even if it doesn't bring immediate scale changes. And we know what it's like to feel driven to eat the worst stuff for us. But it doesn't have to be all seriousness. Come play with us!
