Hi everyone,how's it going? First off welcome to my page and hope your fitness journey is full of support. Here's a little bit about me...
I am the mother of 5 kiddos, 4 boys and 1girl. My boys are quite a challenge due to having odd (oppositional defiant disorder). My little girl is every sense of a girl... she likes makeup cloths and hair everything I know nothing about lol.
That paragraph leads now to me. What do I want from life and this site? I want to lose weight obviously about 40 pounds.. why? I want to think I look good. I don't care about everyone's thoughts about what I look like but I care about mine. I want to tone up my body as much as I can.. this might sound contraire to the above statement but if toning and building muscle provides the results I want then losing the 40 pounds isn't that important. Finally I want to lose some nasty habits that I've been carrying around with me for some years, smoking and drinking caffeine. I also want to build some good habits like drinking more water, exercising and taking care of myself more.

My Goals:
Lose 40 pounds, tone and build muscle. Quit smoking, Drink more water, exercise more and build a routine.

My Program:
I'm recording what I eat right now and slowly adding exercising. I need to lose two pounds a week for 6 months. So I need to ramp up my exercising and eating the right foods and fast.

Cool thing.. I work at subway... oddly the veggie patties are great.
