I am constantly a work in progress.
What I find works for me:
1) Drinking 0 calorie beverages.
2) Having low calorie snacks readily available.
3) Eating only when I am hungry.
4) Keeping busy!
5) Using low calorie quick meals when I don't have time to cook.
6) Walking or riding a bike for exercise.
7) Eating the right amount of calories for myself each day.

Fitness Minutes: 12,236

My Goals:
My weight new loss goal is to get down to 135 by 12/30/2015, but already this year I have gone from 182 to 144!

I have already reached the healthy range for my BMI.

I plan to stick with always watching my caloric intake from now on.

I plan to incorporate more activities into my lifestyle that involve a good deal of physical activity.

I plan to fit back into my skinny girl clothes that are up in a box in my garage.

My Program:
I'm riding my bike or going for a walk once a day.

I'm going for a swim when I can.

I'm trying new workout videos and some spark videos.

I'm doing some of the strength exercises that I found on spark to help me add muscle mass which will help me burn more fat.

I'm sticking to my calorie limits and tracking what I eat here on spark!

I'm adding a lot more fruits and veggies into my normal diet.

I'm drinking a only water and zero calorie beverages.

I'm getting out more and being more active - choosing to do more active things when going out versus meeting friends to eat or just sit.

I take the following: Garcinia Camboja 3 times daily, an apple cider vinegar pill once every morning, and a daily vitamin.

Born and raised in Orange County, CA.

I love anime and J-POP.

I like all kinds of music except for country (it's just not for me- no offense).

I love animals- have 2 cats and 1 dog.

I have a wonderful and loving boyfriend who is amazingly supportive of me in everything that I do.

I love to read and write. My favorite author is George RR Martin. You may have heard of his work as they are making it a series on HBO called Game of Thrones. If you like the show I highly recommend the books.

Other Information:
I enjoy anime, dance music, going to comedy shows, and I'm a generally cheerful person =)
