Good morning my friend. . .
Accept the gift of this day brand new,
Brush off all worries and troubles of yesterday,
A day to make your wishes and dreams come true.
Set your intention to make this a better day,
Get up, and out, and be on your way!

    Have a terrific Tuesday!

Thanks for your messages/goodies. I will share the other two links to videos from Linda S at appropriate points in the remainder of the 100 DWL. I've also repeatedly shared the links to her ELEVATE program and the Weight Loss Joy tracker (which I am using). Apart from that, I'm blogging over on blogspot. The address is in my profile on my Spark page if you want to check it out. much love, Gill x

Happy Friday! We have arrived at the end of another week, and this one seemed to literally fly on by due to the shorter week!

Now that places and things are beginning to open up again, my husband and I have decided to getaway for about a week, and it's been quite awhile since we've taken any kind of a vacation. We haven't decided exactly where to go, but I'm open to suggestions.
I thought it might help with your suggestions if I share with you some of the places I've already been . . .

I've been to a lot of places, but I've never been in Cahoots. Apparently, you can't go alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone.

I've never been in Cognito either. I hear that nobody recognizes you there.

I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport. You have to be driven there. Thanks to some of my extended family and friends, I have been there several times.

I would like to go to Conclusions, but you have to do a lot of jumping, and I've never had enough stamina for that much exercise, and at my age, my knees just can't take it anymore.

I have also been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go, and I try not to visit there very often.

I have been in Flexible, but only when it has been very important to stand firm.

Sometimes I'm in Capable, and I've been going there more often as I'm getting older.

One of my favorite places to be is in Suspense! It really gets the adrenalin flowing and pumps up the old heart! At my age, I need all the stimuli I can get!

And, sometimes I think I am in Vincible, but life frequently shows me I am not.

People keep telling me I’m in Denial, but I’m positive I’ve never been there before.

So far, I haven’t been in Continent. But my travel agent says I’ll be going soon, and very frequently. I'm not looking forward to it because it can get very wet and damp there.

I've been in Deepdoodoo quite a bit. The more adventurous I get, the easier it is to end up there.
