My Goals:
My goal: To focus on one thing at a time until all of my day to day goals are met.

Weight Loss Goals:

230 - lose dd5's baby fat

220 - lose dd10's baby fat

199 - get back to my 20's weight

Under 200! Time to re-evaluate, set more goals!

My Program:
Eat a sensible amount, move a reasonable amount, and lose an incredible amount!

    Hello Miss Strong and Sexy1! Isn't it amazing that our bodies seem to sit at the same weight? My body's favorite is 205. This morning I was thinking- "I could really lose a whole lot less than I am shooting for and get my health back". Maybe just shoot for 1 pound this week? emoticon

    Hey, congrats on the weight loss. I have lost 3 lbs but found it hanging around my butt, lol. I know the dairy farm that you are talking about- the power company published an article about them. Did you get some Slocomb tomatoes? They are really good with the right amount of acidity. Something about their soil is suppose to create a really good tomatoe. Dothan has really grown in the last ten years. I am about 45 minutes to the north of Dothan. Next time holler real loud when you come again. lol
