Well, after thinking I would never go back, I went back. I gained the weight back I had worked so hard to take off. Over the past 3 years things in life have gone to hell, I couldn't afford the injection in my knee, couldn't take the pain to walk and eventually became inactive. In doing so, the weight came back on. It's really tough for us, who can't afford to pay for weight loss programs, the required doctor visits and even worse, healthy foods. The fact is, unhealthier options really are much cheaper. Quick and easy meal options can be picked up many times as little as $1, which can not be said for most healthier good tasting options.

I fell into that rut, of believing it'll only be a couple weeks, we'll recover I'll get healthy foods, be able to get to the orthopedic surgeon and be treated, and walk again. I will be on doesn't always happen.

While it's tougher this time to get motivated to lose weight, I plan to do my best to make it happen. This time I have added health issues to recover, before being able to fully work out, it's just not possible to overcome the pain without working these issues out. Now, if I can only get doctor offices to cooperate, it'll get done, I'll get back on track and the weight will once again come off!

    glad to hear are still here and getting back on track. It is hard..seems each time is a little harder; but also a little more necessary. I did the same...did not loose as much as you...was down about 55 pounds but gained all back and now extra 2 pounds in addition :( I belong to the planet need to make myself pull out some of that power and actually go. So far have only been doing tread mill, but want to make appt to have them show me how to do the machines in the 30 minute full body work out. If i can do that and then my time on treadmill too...know will make a huge difference. I am way to sedentary. Time to get up off my butt and move. Maybe walk in place during commercials...use the wii and do the dance when none are around lol. We can do this! one day at a time...sometimes one hour at a time...but we CAN! someone told me when i said was to cold to walk outside...Then walk faster! she is right (still not walking outside lol but she is right move more and will warm up more. But think will do inside at least while temps are below zero. Stay warm and good luck :)

    I am still a part of it, but haven't been on track. I had some health issues which kept me from walking, and I gained what I had lost back. I am going to get back on track here really soon I hope.
