The last time I measured things was 7/3/19. I was working out regularly then. Of course, today everything is bigger. I know I have lost some because my clothes feel better. I did not measure when I began again 1/2/20. I can't imagine what my numbers were then! I have a long day today. Wednesdays are a marathon. 8 hours at job 1, 5 hours at job 2. Struggling.
