A reminder for life.
It's not selfish to love yourself!
Sometimes I feel like I'm being selfish when it's actually self care. Life is about balance. Working on that.
Goals: 1. Complain LESS 2. Be accountable for my choices 3. Be grateful
Today's daily highlight. I walked over 7 thousand steps. This is a huge accomplishment for me considering my feet are in constant pain. I'll focus on what I can do and not what I can't.

Every day is a good day to have a good day. I'm working on putting things off for later. Eating healthy and finding joy every day. I'm so thankful I found this community. I can do this. We all can!
I'm feeling more energetic and I don't feel like I'm depriving myself. The challenge will come when I go back to work. In the meantime I'll keep taking it one meal at a time and enjoying each moment.
