SP was just the motivation I needed to finally put my mind to losing some weight. Reading about other people, seeing their tape measurers, sharing our ideas for meals and reading informative articles has me off to a good start.

Today is weigh in day for me and when I weighed myself I thought I had lost 1/2 a pound. I thought it would be more but then I reminded myself that that is how I put on this weight and that is how I am going to lose it. A bit at a time. When I tracked my loss I found it it was really just over a pound.

I know some would say don't worry about a pound here and a pound there but if I had worried when I was putting them on I might not have such a big job ahead of me!

One day at a time, one pound at a time NO MATTER WHAT!
