Staying Focused

They say third times the charm but what about fifth or sixth time the charm. I try so many times to stay focused to get back in shape and eat right. But its like after a few days...yea I said it a few days, I lose focus and life takes over. I miss a day of exercise or forget to log my food for the day. Or I say this is my cheat meal and it turns out to be the day. I can't find the right motivation that keeps me going full speed ahead instead of oh, Ill take to detour route.
