Take two

Thursday, September 18, 2008

Hello...hope you are all doing well. My daughter came home from Dartmouth in early June. She works very hard at staying thin. It was stressful, I gained 10 pounds. First I found out I had developed plantar facilitis from walking! Then a friend on here had an awful bike accident, I don't know I just stopped caring. BUT, my daughter leaves tomorrow and well I am ready to begin again. I am hoping my friends from before faired better than myself, and I wanr to hear from everybody. The weight I gained is in my stomach and thighs...I think I will enjoy getting rid of it. Anyway it will take me a little time to put up my correct weight (I have to weigh myself first) lol omg!!! So that is it for today. Love and Peace to All

Nice to see your smiling face, Chicky!
I sorta had the same thing develop with my foot...Had my first session with a chiropractor on Thursday and already feel an amazing difference...might be worth a shot for you, if you're open to different options.
    Take care!!

    Hi Bonnie -
Glad to see you back! I was a little worried. Don't worry about the ten pounds (I gained 20 while I was gone). You are back on track now, and that's what counts. Just keep logging on!
