today i really put my all into my workout.im doing ok today not really feeling myself want to snack,hopefully that lasts all day.ive only been dieting for about 2 1/2 weeks,i just wish i could feel a change,anything.extra energy ....something....but nothing.maybe i will soon.i just cant give up.i really like this site.and so far its helped to motivate me alot. emoticon

    Everybody is different. I am doing a weight loss competition. We are 6 weeks into it, and there are some people that are just starting to lose weight. It took them that long to find what works for them. So don't give up. I have given up so many times in the past. I am not going to do it again. I don't want to let my family down, because they are huge supporters. But I am definitely not going to let myself down. Because if I can't do this for myself, then I can't do it at all. You really have to dig deep inside yourself and say that is it. No more being over weight, no more worrying what other people think, no more not being able to fit in the clothes that I really want to where. For me I can go on and on. So keep up the good work. You will find something that will click and the weight will start dropping. But do watch your calorie intake. And don't beat yourself up if you have an extra snack, or you eat that cookie. We can't deprive ourselves, because then we will cave in and eat it all. Eat the cookie, but don't eat the whole bag.
