im so frustrated at this point.for those of u who read my blogs i apologize if they r not all about weight loss, but i need a place to vent,so im here.im sick and tired of my health issues,so im at the doctor, and im asking why i dont feel energized after my workouts.im a diabetic and he tells me my insulin kinda works against me when it comes to that.after i workout im just so tired, and i hear all these people talk about the energy they have from working out.i know some people have their days, but i just never have any energy.im hoping this will change once i lose some more weight.mother nature bringing me my monthly gift doesnt seem to help my energy,or the numbers on the scale.i have a thyroid problem maybe thats why im always so tired,i dont know.maybe ill feel better in a few days. emoticon

Stop apologizing for how you feel. Your completely intitiled! You have alot to do when you have a little one. I don't have children so, I can't imagine trying to manage a child and a battle with weight. Your blogs don't always have to be about your loss or your gain or your body. It's your blog! I want to know how you feel! I want to know your frustrated! Angry! Sad! Mad! Tired! That way i know how to help you and where I should be supporting you the most.

I never feel energized after a work out and I'm not diabetic. There have been a couple of times where I had come home from the gym and went to bed in my sweaty nasty work out clothes lol. Other times I was so tired and so sore I stayed trapped in my work out clothes because I couldn't lift my arms above my head! So, I quit the gym. It wasn't in the budget anymore and I was always embarrised by these people on these machines who are just skipping around the gym from machine to machine and I'm draggin ass from machine to machine lol. At my school I took a PE class and we would do circuit work outs like they do at Curves. FREAKIN A MAN! LMAO I was always exhausted and had a very good nap afterwards.

Everybodies body is different and will react to things in a different way. You cope with diabetes and your tired after a work out. Look to the day when you get your health under control and you will have that burst of energy after a work out. No big deal. Give it time. Everything takes time. Time. HA! Our worst enemy and our bestfriend. You will get there! I promise you. Things will change given the time. YOUR DOING GREAT! At least your working out lol. I on the other hand...........lol.
