wow i went grociery shopping,on the way to the store i was thinking to myself...i have to shop smart.i cant buy certain foods anymore,because if i have it in the house i will eat it! i dont have much self control yet,hehe.but also i dont want to tell my son ,"u know what mommy is on a diet so no u cant ever have any cookies."i dont give him a lot of sweets,but i have to learn self control so i can have a little thing of snacks in the house for him.back to my story.im shopping and im looking at the calories.i found alot of foods that i love that dont have many calories!i was so excited lol.and snacks that i can have.wow.who thought u could actually eat healthier ,and like the food ur puttin in ur mouth? haha ...not me thats who.when i say snacks i dont mean chips and cakes.i mean like canned fruit.certain veggie dips.because i love my veggies as long as i have some dip.well other than that while doing my workout today i though i was gonna fall on the floor.my legs and my arms!whoo emoticon i know when ive had a good workout when its been 4 hours later and my stomach still burns,and my muscles are achy.well bye bye for now,my little guy is sleeping its mommy time.

    LOL, isn't it funny? We think most of the foods we eat are gonna suck until we read the labels! Its all about portion control. We just have to measure out what were eating and make sure we don't keep going back. My mom has 2 boxes of Girl Scout cookies in there calling my name and 2 bags of cookies from the store. LOL, I put them up on the high shelf. Being 5' 11" its not difficult to get them down, but it's a little extra work to get to them. I told her, "If you bring more cookies into this house I am going to stomp them until they are crumbs." LMAO, so she went out and bought cookies she knows I can't stand cuz they're gross, LOL WORKS FOR ME!
