omg! i am so sore.i guess i need to let my body rest a day or something.ive been working very hard.but i dont see myself skipping a workout.if i do i might stop all together .i weigh in on friday,oo i hope i see the scale move in the right direction! i took down my measurements 2 days ago.kinda wish i hadnt haha! i hate knowing those numbers.i guess i will measure myself once a month.hope those damn numbers move in the right direction as well as the numbers on the scale. emoticon

    Good luck with your weigh in, and take a hot soak to loosen those muscles! Exercise shouldn't have to hurt. Argh, the things we do to be healthy lol.

    Im not sure how heavy you started with your work out. Take it slow. You will get to where you can do what ever you want.

    I started out just walking slow when I started out.

    Hang in there you wont be so sore after a bit.
