WoW ...... how scary !!! Do you watch the biggest loser at all?? If so remember at the beginning how many were on medications and after they started eating healthy and exercising most were taken off of their medications by the doctor... you really really need to get in to your doctor asap ! We want YOU around for a long, long time !

It might be that in eating healthier, your body no longer needs as much medication as it did previously and so it is time to go see your doctor and see about a medication check. I would also have a hemoglobin A1c drawn to see what your blood sugar has been averaging the past month and I would start checking it more frequently (like 4 times a day) for a while until you get a pattern established. You might need to have a small protein and carb snack before going to bed.

Okay I think it's time to go to a doctor and see what's going on. I have a friend that every time she starts a "diet" her blood sugar drops. This is not a good thing! You need to really take care of yourself and get your blood sugar right! Please don't put it off I don't want anything to happen to you.
