~doctor says....

Thursday, March 19, 2009

to all of u that has emailed me or left a message on my blog.thank u guys so much for all of ur concern.now i know just how many people really do read what i type on here. emoticoni did talk to my doctor, and he has lowered my insulin alot.next visit i have to get blood work done(a1c).i found these glucose tablets my mom bought me in case my blood sugars drop again.they work miracles. even though i dont eat after 6p.m. i have to have a snack before bed.just something small with carbs. i have went so long trying not to eat carbs,b/c they would blow my blood sugar levels out of the water, but now losing a little weight, and working out,i need to eat more of them.so i will get this under control.and really....hearing from all of u made me feel really good. emoticon

So glad you're getting it worked out. Keep on doing the healthy stuff and keep your doctor in the loop so he can adjust as necessary. I bet he's very proud of your progress and dedication to good health.

    Keep it up.
