today was my weigh in.and i lost another 4 lbs.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im so happy thats 16 lbs. total! woo hoo! so my 10 lbs. challenge....ya well i emoticonright out of the water! im proud of myself.there is no miracle pill.no crash diets.what works is eating right,and moving ur body.and trust me ive been working hard!i just wish i could tell when i look in the mirror.maybe i will be able to tell soon.im happy today. emoticon
