WOW! I do know where you are coming from. Only recently have I taken a really good look at myself and have discovered that I am an emotional eater...no matter the emotion (sad, mad, glad, happy, successful, unsuccessful) I eat...what gives?

Always remember if GOD brings you to it, then GOD will bring you through it. Praise HIM in the storm girl.

I do hope that your family recovers soon. Even if you have to let internet go, you have the tools to help you succeed, just make the consious decision to take charge and do it, because when things are on the up and up and you come back to us, you know we will want a report of your progress. You and your family are in my prayers

    hugs, Wendy

Sorry to hear about your husband losing his job. Seems like we are in the same boat. Things start looking up and BAM knocked back down. I can totally understand being sick of it! My husband has had three jobs the past six months - most of which are also out of town. That is really hard on our four year old daughter. After job number two - our six month old son did not recognize him and I felt so bad! My work hours were cut - but thankfully it is a steady job!

    Hope things get better soon!

Don't let it get you down. This is just one more challenge that you CAN overcome. Even if you have to get rid of the internet, you can STILL track your calories. Get youself a notebook and write everything down. Calories, fitness and feelings. Good luck and this too shall pass!! emoticon
