i have read about many people going through a plateau ,im very worried about this.i know im suppose to switch up my routine every now and then.so those of u who read this let me know what u think.i workout everyday(but sunday).it varies but usually 30,40 or sometimes even an hour.i have 7 different fitness videos i do.i might do one for a few days ,then switch.i never do them for longer than a few days at a time.4 of those r aerobics.all of them r different though, with very different moves.i also do my strength training about 3 times a week.unless i have strength training in my quick fires.then it might be 4 days a week.i have even added a couple things like jogging in place,or walking a mile to 3 miles.should i worry about what im doing?am i mixing it up enough?i would appreciate any suggestions.hope im doing this right.even though ive been doing this for little over a month.it still seems new.i hope everyone had a good weekend!god bless
I agree with everyone else. It sounds like you have a great plan in place. Make sure you have the correct fitness minutes in your plan and try to follow SP's guidelines with your calorie count.
Sounds like you are doing it right :) For an added bonus the day before your weigh in day you might try to fit two workouts in that day, that gives a little extra umph ... kinda like biggest loser last chance workouts. I am really proud of you for what you have accomplished ! With switching out your workouts you shouldnt have to worry about getting bored either :) I know a couple simple ab workouts too if you are interested ... Keep on moving :) 4423 days ago
I agree, it sounds like you're doing a great job of mixing up your routine, I wouldn't change anything. Plateaus are normal and we just have to be patient. Good things will come! 4423 days ago
