i have been noticing little things that i never did b4.like i was stretching ,and i could hold my leg up from behind.never could b4.not sure if i explained that right.lol. i was sitting in the floor,and i noticed i was sitting with my knee drawn in close to my chest.i was comfortable.i know this sounds weird .ive just never noticed these things b4.like being able to do 20 jumping jacks without stopping.lol.i could go on and on.tomorrow is my weigh in for my 8 week battle challenge.i know i at least lost 5 pounds this week! hehe,couldnt wait to hop on the scale.but i do wish all of my team the very best! we can do this.we will do this.we r getting stronger each week! RED TEAM ROCKS!!

It's wonderful how we can all find motivation in the little things. I noticed lately that when I stand up straight there's a space between my thighs that wasn't there before! It sounds silly but silly is good motivation too! 4423 days ago
It's always a delight when we find more and more things we can now do that we couldn't before. In my case, it was sitting comfortably with one leg crossed over the over at the knee! Hope the little things that delight you keep adding up!
