When I weighed this morning I was down one pound!! I didn't add it to my sparkpage yet because it's not my real "weigh date" (which is Sunday). I'm hoping to go down a little more by Sunday (please!!).

I've been doing ok on my food intake this week. I've been having cravings the last couple of days, so I know what that means. Aunt Flo is on her way, probably next week sometime. And I usually just crave salty stuff. Occasionally I'll crave something sweet, but not often.

I've been trying to walk at least a mile most days this week. It's much easier to accomplish when I'm off work. I need to get more into a routine so I can exercise no matter if I'm off work or not. So I've decided to exercise at "least" 10 minutes every day. NO EXCEPTIONS!! The sad thing is I haven't done a thing today. So I'm getting off my butt right *now* and doing something. No excuses!!
