Well, I have completed three of the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Challenge workouts, along with the cardio and optional challenges. Today will make the 4th workout, but I'm a little sore this morning so I don't want to start it just yet. I'll probably do an exercise video first to help loosen things up a bit.

It's exactly 31 days from now that my siblings and I are throwing my parents a 40th wedding anniversary party. There should be people there I haven't seen in AGES and I would just love to have another 5-8 pounds gone before that happens. Not to mention I hope to be a bit more toned from the strength training exercises I've been attempting the last few days. lol

I will have to say that I weighed myself this morning and I'm down one pound since Sunday. I'm not expecting to lose any more by the end of the week though. I do hope I see an improvement in my measurements! I know I will eventually, I have faith. I just want instant gratification!! Which looking back is probably the reason I need to lose weight in the first place....
