I really can not tell you how excited I am! I found a new cookbook that seems to have all the "Good" "Bad" stuff made over to make it more healthy. It is the Hungry Girl Cookbook and Hungry Girl 200 recipes for under 200 calories. I realize that not ALL of the recipes are going to be good for me, but boy does it put a new gleam in my eye for different good choices. There are so many family favorites made over to make them healthy that it's almost scary how good you could eat and feel as if you are cheating on yourself!! I have only tried 3 recipes but boy are they good. If you don't want the cookbook you can also get on line and see some recipes and photos of the food prepared. You all may already know about this but is was like finding pure gold for me. The website is: ENJOY!!

    I have tried several of her recipes, too. They are very tasty. What's been your favorite so far?

    Sorry to hear you're struggling with the exercise. I have fun doing a water aerobics class at the gym. It's always set to great music and you don't even sweat ... but you sure get a great workout. Whenever I'm not in the mood for exercise, I put on some good music and dance ... that can burn alot of calories.
