Do you ever feel like..."oh, man, I don't want to get on those scales to weigh in this week. I know I didn't do my exercise and went over my calories a couple of days." Then you strip down naked, make sure nothing went in and everything came out then as you walk to the scale you are silently saying "dead man walking". As I get on the scale I look down with only one eye open to see...............a weight loss! SAY WHAT??? Then you re-weigh to make SURE it's correct( OK maybe 3-4 times ) It's correct. With this glimpse of glory you suddenly realize that HAD you exercised and HAD you not went over a couple of days, this could have been your BEST week of all!
