Just wanted to stop by. I noticed you are a teddybear also. I know how hard it is to lose weight. Been there done that. You might want to check out a few of my blogs. I have been doing Sparks Nutrition Tracker religiously for 97 days now. 3 days to go for 100. That was my original goal. It's been fun tracking and reporting my progress. Since 3/1/09 I have lost 28.5 #'s.

It's not always easy, but one of the secrets is: Make Conscious decisions. That means ... think before you eat somrething, not afterwards. If you make a choice that was not the best, don't give up, make a better choice the next time. WE don't fail unless we never try again. I just know you have it in you to do this. I never thought I did, but I DO! I'm happy and healthier than I have been in years.

I'm here for you if you need someone to talk to. emoticon

Yes, tomorrow is another day. Stay on the program, and you will lose weight and meet your goals. Our weight fluctuates from day to day, so do not let the scales be your only method of measuring weight loss. Take care and I wish you the best in reaching all of your health and fitness goals.
