Band too tight = not much weight loss

Well I cannot believe almost four weeks have passed and I am still struggling somewhat with foods. I often "almost" get stuck, and have had a handful of times when I did get stuck and ended up PB'ing. Ugggh.
Yes, some of it is likely my eating too fast or slightly larger than a pea bite portion sizes -- but ever since my last fill I really have been having a hard time and the scale shows it -- barely moved over the four weeks. I am concentrating on slider foods (nothing sugary or high carb thank goodness) but higher calorie regardless (hummus, greek yogurt, tuna with lite mayo, chicken salad, etc.) Then I have tried eating out 2 times in the last week, and both times I ended up PB's in the restroom. Last night was ick.... I was eating broiled fillet of sole for goodness sake! I should be able to eat broiled sole! I think there was some onions in the side dish that I sampled.... and for some reasons onions and my band really don't mix well.
So I have an appt. with Dr. Fielding on Oct. 8th and I will check with him and see what he thinks. It could be a tiny unfill is just what I need.
