This season's mantra. It's not late. emoticon It's just dark. Keep on working. Don't stop playing. Use the time.

Now the holidays. Thanksgiving feast time. Folks coming together. Winter holiday parties. Many gift types. 43 more days. Happier new year. 2010 is coming!!

Temps are low. Spirits are high. Time is flying. Just stay focused. In this moment. Love these people. Celebrate the now. Allow some time.Tea time relaxation. Connecting meaningful conversations. Make simple foods. Have simple meals. Soul warming soups. Sweet seasonal treats. All in moderation.

Focus on relationship. Be joyful together. Enjoy the company. emoticon

Walk with someone. Smile at Everyone. Give others kindness. Be totally grateful. Accept thank yous. Create your pleasure. Appreciate the gifts. Life, love, blessing. Be an example. Not to others. To my Self. Let others see. Don't push hard. Push just right.

When I was in my zone yesterday at the gym, I was thinking about the things you hit on your blog. 6 more weeks left in the year. My plan for the upcoming 6 weeks is not unlike the plan I have been following for the past 101 weeks. Sensible eating, low to moderate alcohol intake and getting my fill at the gym. I'm not going to let a number on the calendar determine my actions. Day in and day out the careful plan that I've crafted and adjusted for myself will remain my roadmap to continued success.

Another thought on my mind was the host of people that will be making new years resolutions to "lose weight" again this year and how many will stick with it. It's time to get my game face on. I sincerely want to help every single person that makes good health their resolution this upcoming year. Knowing that is not a reality, but working within those parameters I will do my best to offer my view on just what it takes (mind, body, soul) to achieve and maintain good health.

When I started doing what I have done and have been doing back in 2007, it wasn't about losing weight. It was about living healthy so I could feel good again. The weight loss was (if you will) a side effect of the healthy living. Most people that still see me for the first time in a couple years marvel at the weight loss. I sometimes am disappointed that they don't notice the enhanced muscular structure I am now sporting! emoticon

Dark, light, cold, warm, holidays or not, one thing is for sure...healthy living is always in season!
