year 2010

Tuesday, January 05, 2010

So i went MIA for quite a while. Had a lot of things going on in my. Some physical things such as knee pain etc. As i have been sitting here and looking back on the past few months I have decided I need to put myself first in my life and be more involved with my life.
i will be updating my weight loss more frequently and could use the support from all my friends here as i restart and dedicate myself to reaching those goals this coming year. Know it wont be easy but i am ready for the challenge

I learned after a few "start overs" that NEVER would I say that again. I say "picking back up" sounds lots more positive and as you will see you have learned more than you think and have been implementing some of those things along the way. We all have set backs it is a normal part of life. Here is to a great team and a super year of healthy living!
